through the arts.
FUEL is a project of the School of Fine & Performing Arts which brings artists and scholars to campus to supplement and expand curricular offerings, including lectures, workshops, exhibitions, performances, and other special events. The projects are interdisciplinary in nature. The interdisciplinary aspect and the access to visiting artists and scholars are essential, and provide students with new ways of thinking, seeing, and making. The FUEL project is also designed to help us connect with and engage alumni.
The SUNY New Paltz School of Fine & Performing Art has launched a new FUEL Guest Artist and Scholar Fund, with a mission of connecting students, alumni, faculty, staff and local community members with working artists and experts for on-campus events.
