Box Office opens ten days prior to a production in the Parker Theatre lobby
Monday - Friday 11:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. and one hour prior to each event in the lobby of the venue where the event is scheduled.

- In person at the Box Office with cash, a credit card, or a check made payable to SUNY New Paltz

Tickets purchased in advance online or by phone can be picked up at the Will Call/Ticket Pickup one hour prior to the event in the lobby of the venue where the event is scheduled.
Music Concert Series
Tickets to the Music Concert Series are available one half hour prior to each concert in the lobby of the venue where the concert is scheduled. All tickets are general admission. Tickets may be purchased at the door with cash or a check made payable to SUNY New Paltz (no credit cards).

Parker Theatre, McKenna Theatre, Max and Nadia Shepard Recital Hall, and the Dorsky Museum are wheelchair accessible. Parker and McKenna Theatres are equipped with assisted listening systems. Please notify the Box Office staff when placing your order if you have any special needs.
