Everyday, we see the challenges that today’s managers face in a complex and rapidly changing business environment. Strong leadership skills together with an understanding of both large and small organizations are required for success.

The Bachelor of Science in Management program provides students with knowledge and skills in these areas and the ability to apply what they have learned in a wide variety of management and administrative positions. The program includes coursework in organizational behavior, human resource management, leadership, international business, sustainability, entrepreneurship and strategy. The Sustainability track offers management students an opportunity for a multi-disciplinary education in this burgeoning area.
