Are you ready to graduate?

The progress report shows you the requirements met, in-progress and those requirements remaining for graduation

The symbols along side of the requirements let you know if the requirement is complete, in progress or incomplete.Picture of the progress report key

The progress report is divided into blocks

The Degree block provides a summary of all of the graduation requirements.  Scroll down to see individual blocks on the progress report. Each block provides a heading with a summary about the information contained within the block. Review the information within the blocks for more detail.

If you are expecting to graduate in the current semester, all blocks should be completed or in-progress for completion this semester.  When you submit your degree application, the Office of Records & Registration reviews your progress report to confirm that you are on track to graduate.

What can you do to be sure that your will finish your degree this semester?

Apply for graduation by the deadline or as close to it as possible.  This will give us an opportunity to notify you about any graduation deficiencies during a time period where you might be able to make registration changes to resolve the issue.

If requirements on your progress report are not complete, register for the missing requirements during the add/drop period of registration

  • If you believe that a requirement is not being applied correctly, contact your major advisor right away.  Perhaps a progress report amendment can be appropriately applied.
