Duties: The successful candidate will be responsible for the timely and accurate entry of student and family data and program services on the Migrant Education Statewide Data System; generate and analyze reports required by SED and those used for internal program use; maintain collaborative positive relationships with School Districts for the exchange of student information; maintain regular contact with NYS MEP Identification and Recruitment Staff; assist with new tutor hire orientation and participate in professional development opportunities
Qualifications: • A minimum of an Associate’s Degree in a related field
• Four years of progressive experience in clerical functions
• Ability to use various computer software applications
• Critical/analytical skills in reviewing program data
• Bilingual Spanish/English skills
