Leonard Boccia

Leonard Boccia '89 (chairman), has been in the financial services industry for the past three decades. He currently works for UBS as a managing director for wealth management. Prior to UBS, he was a managing director for investments at Wells Fargo Advisors, where he co-founded Boccia Quinn Wealth Management Group, and a senior vice president of investments for Advest, Inc. He began his career as a fixed-income investor at W.J. Nolan & Co in 1989, where he eventually became a partner.

Mr. Boccia earned a bachelor's degree in finance and marketing from SUNY New Paltz and holds his Series 7 and 63 securities licenses, CRPC ®, along with variable insurance licenses. He was honored in 2015 by the SUNY New Paltz School of Business Hall of Fame as Alumnus of the Year.

As an industry leader, he was listed in Forbes Best-In-State Wealth Advisors for 2020 and 2021 as well as in the Financial Times 400 Top Financial Advisors for 2015 and 2016.  He was named in the Barron's Top 1,200 Advisor list (2018) and Barron’s Top 1,000 Advisor list (2015 - 2012 and 2009). In addition, he has served as a member of the UBS Chairman’s Club and UBS Pinnacle Council, distinguished groups of the firm’s most accomplished Financial Advisors.

Mr. Boccia lives in Westchester County with his wife and two children.
