Lynne Oldham is the chief people officer of STASH and formerly held a similar position with ZOOM, a NASDAQ 100 (ZM) company in hyper-growth.  Lynne Oldham has been a key advisor to C-Suite executives with 25 years of demonstrated leadership experience driving profitable growth strategies for startups, and private and public companies - domestic and international - across a variety of industries, including 10 years in investment banking.  Joining Zoom just prior to its initial public offering in 2019, Oldham is navigating continued business scaling and employment engagement as well as safeguarding culture during the pandemic.  

Prior to Zoom, Oldham has held leadership roles with Televerde in Phoenix, Ariz., Driscoll's in Watsonville, Calif., Suntrust Bank in Atlanta Ga. and BNP Paribas in New York.  She has been an agent of change in her career transforming every aspect of human resources in the companies she has worked.  

Oldham serves as chair of the Board for Arouet Empowers, a 501(c)(3) serving current and formerly incarcerated women to give them a second chance at life.  She also serves on the advisory boards of Volition Capital Strategic Advisors IV Fund.  Oldham is also a board member and chair of the Compensation Committee for GymPass and, in 2021, has been named to HRD's 2021 Top 100 HR leaders.  

Oldham also holds a Juris Doctor from Seton Hall University School of Law.
