Kressner Autism Spectrum Program (KASP) Fund

 

Myra Kressner '76 established the Kressner Autism Spectrum Program (KASP) fund to support students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and to provide them with tools to help them succeed both at school and in their professional lives. Fund supported programs include:

  • One-credit courses: “Transition to College” and “Transition to Employment”
  • Short-term project-based learning opportunities such as travel to meet with potential internship supporters, networking events and receptions
  • Conference with Students for Disabilities underwriting
  • Staff training in partnership with the Mid-Hudson Career Consortium
  • ASD Coaching Certification for staff members
  • Social activities for students
