The AC² (AMP & CSTEP Community) Program at SUNY New Paltz is a program of academic support and enrichment for students intending to major in the STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) fields and certain majors leading to licensed professions:

The goal of the program is to increase the number of economically disadvantaged and traditionally underrepresented students who earn degrees in these areas.

- SUNY LS-AMP (Louis Stokes Alliance for Minority Participation)
AMP is an alliance of two- and four-year SUNY institutions funded by the National Science Foundation with the goal of increasing the number of underrepresented minority students completing STEM degrees.
C-STEP (Collegiate Science and Technology Entry Program)
C-STEP is a program funded by the New York State Department of Education to increase the number of historically underrepresented and economically disadvantaged undergraduate and graduate students who complete professional or pre-professional programs of study that lead to professional licensure and/or careers in mathematics, science, technology and health-related fields.
