- The Office of Student Accounts is proud to be a totally paperless operation. The next step will be to communicate to students/account holders via text messaging.
- The office maintains an open-door policy with responsive customer service and a friendly, warm approach to its customers.
- Student Accounts employees help their customers throughout every step of every process. Representatives are empowered to research issues: If they don’t have an answer to a specific question, they’ll find out and report back.
- The office has very little staff turnover. Employees truly enjoy and take pride in what they do.
- Compared to fellow SUNY schools, the Office of Student Accounts at New Paltz goes above and beyond with services including precisely targeted billing to subsets of the student population. This system has been shared with and adopted by other institutions.
