The 2009 Gala, the premiere closing event of this year’s Hudson 400 celebration, will honor the Huguenots as founders of our community.  Accepting the award will be Mary Etta Schneider, President of Historic Huguenot Street.

Tickets:  $175/person, $325/Couple
Table of 10: $1,750

Proceeds from the Gala will support a scholarship endowment for students from Ulster, Dutchess and Orange Counties attending the college.

The 6th annual Celebrating New Paltz Gala was a fantastic success.

More than 300 guests gathered at Mohonk Mountain House on Sunday, November 29th to celebrate the spirit of our community and honor the accomplishments and contributions of Gerald Benjamin to the College and our region

Best of all, this joyous evening brought together our community for the best of all reasons – to raise money for scholarship funds that support local students attending SUNY New Paltz.  In the past six years, the Gala has raised a quarter million dollars to support these scholarship endowments.

As he has so generously in the past, Michael Gold of The Corporate Image captured the evenings’ magic in pictures.
