Follow the steps below to apply to a graduate degree program:
Step One: Select a Graduate Program
Review our graduate programs, admission deadlines, and contact program coordinators if you have questions. If you need assistance selecting a program, speak with our Graduate Admissions Advisor, Alana Matuszewski, at (845) 257-3285 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
Step Two: Choose your Method of Application

Online: after completing the online portion of the application process, applicants must mail in their supplemental items (e.g., transcripts, letters of recommendation, etc.).
Paper: must collect all of the materials required by the program to which they are applying, and forward them to the Graduate School in ONE COMPLETE PACKET.
After an application has been processed, an e-mail with login information will be sent to you. Once you have your userID and PIN, you may check the status of your application by visiting: http://applicants.newpaltz.edu/grad. We encourage applicants to check their status frequently and email us with any questions.
