The Non-Resident Online Only rate:  

The non-resident online rate applies to non-resident students who are taking online courses exclusively in the following programs:

  • MBA: Business Administration
  • MBA: Public Accountancy
  • MSEd: Literacy Education Grades B-6
  • MSEd: Literacy Education Grades 5-12
  • BA: General Studies
  • Post-BA Communication Disorders Certificate Program
  • Advanced Certificate in Trauma and Disaster Mental Health

These programs have been previously approved by The Office of Academic Affairs and authorized by the New York State Education Department in distance education format.  Students who intend to take courses in the program exclusively online at the time of application and matriculation will be charged this special rate. Non-resident students who are not in one of these programs or who plan to be on campus learning in one of these programs will be charged the regular nonresidential rate.
