Research/Creative Activity

Kathleen M. Dowley is an Associate Professor of Political Science at the State University of New York (SUNY) at New Paltz, and Director of the SUNY Model European Union Program. She writes regularly on ethnopolitics and democratic governance in the post communist region of Europe and Eurasia.
