Complete

Improvements and equipment are needed to prevent deterioration to the plant structures and upgrade equipment for increased energy efficiency.  Existing motors, pumps and valves need replacement since they are past their useful life limits. Structural renovations will be done due to door and windows that have been damaged along with brickwork and painting. Upgrades in lighting to T5 type and energy recovery systems will be incorporated in this work to align plant operations to the requirements of the state mandated regulations for energy reduction.  In addition, an upgrade and renovation to Tank #2 will be completed.

Pumps and valves have been installed in the Central Heating Plant. Tanks have been painted. The renovation project is complete.
