SUNY New Paltz has completed our transition from the old Zimbra email system, to our new Faculty & Staff email system: Microsoft Office 365. All faculty & staff who had active accounts on Zimbra have had their accounts moved over to the new system. The new system is accessible by going to office.newpaltz.edu or by choosing “Office 365” from the “FACULTY/STAFF AND STUDENTS” link at the top of the New Paltz home page.

Once there, choose Office 365 on the left. You will find answers to most common questions including setting up your mobile device, sharing calendars, setting out-of-office messages, and more.
