Check In: 
Please ensure to arrive early at 3:45 p.m. EDT to check in at the Lecture Center North or South Lobby outside of Room 100.
Formal celebrations will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. EDT.

Formal Celebration: Lecture Center, Room 100 on the SUNY New Paltz Campus at 4:00 p.m. to 4:40 p.m. EDT.

COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

If you feel sick or are experiencing any symptoms such as fever, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue or body aches, congestion, loss of smell and taste or other possible COVID symptoms on the day of the reception, please stay home and enjoy the livestream.

Masks: We are requiring mask use for guests when they are not eating or drinking. All our on-site reception vendors will be wearing masks as well.  

Hand Sanitizer: We will provide hand sanitizer to each guest and offer sanitizing stations in several areas of the venue. Please practice good hand hygiene after touching surfaces and feel free to bring your own hand sanitizer if desired.  

Parking Pass: Prior to the event, guests that attend in-person will be emailed a PDF printable parking pass (also available here) and can utilize any lot on campus, except resident student lots.

Livestream: Can’t make it to the reception in person? No worries! We will be live streaming the reception for our colleagues who cannot attend. The link will be provided in advance of the retirement celebration and reception via email.
