All students in the Early Childhood & Childhood Education B-6 program must successfully complete a short writing assessment as a Checkpoint 2 requirement. The sample will be evaluated by the EC & CE faculty on writing conventions (grammar, spelling, etc.) and organization and development of topic.
Students will be asked for photo ID at the time of the assessment. If accommodations are required for a documented disability, the student should contact the Disability Resource Center at firstname.lastname@example.org or 845-257-3020 no less than two weeks prior to the desired date.
No advance registration is needed.
