Renovate Generator No. 3 for Central Heating Plant

Generator No. 3 is primarily used for the shoulder seasons as the central heating plant has two larger generators that are utilized during the heating season. The generator is currently not functioning due to failing tubes, so a full replacement is required in order to make the unit operational again.
A consultant has been choose for the project. The renovation is scheduled for next year.
