The Sophomore Shadow Program is a career exploration opportunity where students in their second year gain exposure to a specific position, company, or industry by observing a professional in their field. This is a one-day, unpaid experience that provides the following benefits:
-Understand the majors associated with certain careers
-Determine interest in a certain field and/or work environment
-Develop networking and professional skills
-Receive advice from a professional who was once in your shoes
Please note that participation in this program is dependent on the quality of your application as well as host site participation. For best consideration, we strongly encourage attending an information session.
