Heinz Meng—wildlife conservationist, educator, falconer, and artist— introduced countless students to the natural majesty of the Hudson Valley. He led the effort to save  the peregrine falcon, one of the region’s most inspiring avian predators from the brink of extinction.

Continue his work by supporting the Heinz Meng Environmental and Conservation Education Fund.

Help us:

• Conserve and interpret Meng’s study collections of over 5,000 preserved specimens of Hudson Valley flora, birds, and mammals.
• Share new knowledge through interpretive exhibits displayed in Coykendall Science Building (CSB).
• Support an annual lecture by leading climate science and ecology scientists

The names of each of the gift levels represent the historic peregrine nesting sites in the Shawangunk Mountains.

Or, consider a pledge to be given over five years. For example, gifts of $1,000 per year over five years would be a total pledge of $5,000, qualifying you as a Millbrook Cliff donor to the Meng Environmental and Conservation Education Fund.
