Biography
|
I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in
Literature and Rhetoric, with a minor in Management, from Binghamton University. I
received a Master of Education degree from the University of Vermont in Higher Education
Administration, and a PH.D. in Administration and Policy Studies from the University at Albany. Before
joining the School of Business, I served for nine years as Assistant
Director of Human Resources at SUNY New Paltz.

Research Interests
|
I am currently engaged in research on entrepreneurial cognitive styles. I am also investigating the role of adjunct faculty in business schools. I have publications in the areas of recruitment and selection, employer branding, and corporate social performance.
