For
intensive student-centered listening / speaking practice, language
classes meet in LC 112, the lab classroom, depending on the
course.
Students can
wordprocess and read web sites as well, while the instructor assists
students individually from the front desk without embarrassing anyone.
Hours:
During
fall and spring semesters, 57.5 hours/week:
Mondays -
Thursdays 8:30AM to 9:00PM
Fridays 8:30AM to 4:00PM
Languages Supported:
Arabic,
Chinese,
English as a Second Language (ESL),
French, German, Hebrew,
Italian, Japanese, Russian, and
Spanish.

menu for announcements or assignments. Streaming the files
with Real One is free.
Students may download audio files which accompany their textbooks and burn CDs in mp3 format.
Students may
record their voices in both digital and in analog
formats and request copies of audio cassettes tapes to be made.
