Required Qualifications:

• Candidates must be warm, professional, well-spoken and courteous with outstanding customer service skills.
• Candidates must have the ability to communicate effectively and pleasantly with a diverse public
• Candidates must have thorough knowledge about our campus in terms of building/office locations, programs we offer, cultural offerings, etc.
• High level of motivation and reliability
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Candidates must be able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week in a minimum of 2 hour increments. The maximum for the summer is 35 hours and for the fall/spring is 20.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Lived on campus for at least one full academic year
• Student leader who is actively involved in campus activities
• Candidates should be available one weekend per semester during the academic year. (No weekend work during the summer.)
