The Web Management Office at SUNY New Paltz is part of the Office of Public Affairs, which reports to the President's Office. We work closely with Computer Services and Design Services.

Faculty/Staff: Help us help you better
When planning a print publication, please also include the Web Production Assistant in your planning stages if you want this information to end up on the Web in some fashion as well. This is especially important for print publications that may include a print registration form and you would like an electronic form online as well. Please contact the Web Production Assistant before your design is finalized with Design Services (or outside designer).

When you submit change requests to our office, please be sure they are as descriptive as possible. Include the exact address of the page(s) changes are needed on (i.e. www.newpaltz.edu/____), and the exact section of the page the change should be reflected in. You may either print out a hard copy and make the changes on that to send to our office, or send a detailed e-mail with the instructions. If a large amount of new text is to be added, we will need it in Microsoft Word format (as an e-mail attachment, on disk, or on the LAN) with exact details of where it is to be used.
