DMJ458 Seminar Entrepreneurial Journalism

The focus in this capstone course will be on developing an identity as an independent journalist in an evolving media landscape. Students will work on freelance story ideas, launch their own blog, and propose an idea for a news startup.

  • Must be enrolled in one of the following field(s) of study (major, minor or concentration): Journalism (523), Journalism (JRN), Public Relations (523P)
  • May not be enrolled in one of the following classes: Sophomore, Freshman
