Effective February 2, 2004, prospective early childhood and childhood school teachers (Birth-6) are required to achieve passing scores on the Liberal Arts and Science Test (LAST), on the Elementary Assessment of Teaching Skills-Written (ATS-W), and the Content Specialty Test (CST) for the initial certificate.
