Online Access to Phone Bills

Student/Faculty/Staff Personal Bills

All users of the SUNY New Paltz telephone network are billed monthly for telephone services (usage and monthly service).  If you’d like to view your phone bill, just follow these procedures.

  • Using Mozilla Firefox, go to www.mypinnaclelogin.com/newpaltz (please bookmark this address)
  • At the login screen, enter your "New Paltz" e-mail User Name & Password
  • After you get the Home screen, click on " My Account" under the wide blue line on the top right
  • You will see a few tabs, click on the "Statements" tab to Billing Dates and amounts
  • Click the Billing Date and then the View Bill button under the blue line,
  • This will bring up the telephone bill for the "Billing Date" you choose.

Administrative/Non State Organizations

To access the bills, please follow these procedures:

  1. Using Mozilla Firefox, go to www.mypinnaclelogin.com/newpaltz (please bookmark this address),
  2. On the log in screen, use your " New Paltz" email  User Name & Password , then hit enter, Non State organizations will be assigned a User Name & Password,
  3. You should be on the " Home" page under " Department Manager,"
  4. Click on “Billing” under the wide blue line on the top right,
  5. Under the "Department" tab you can enter the department number, and click on the grey search button,
  6. Click the Billing Date and the View Report button, under the blue line,
  7. This will bring up the telephone bill for the "Billing Date" you choose.
