Login Screen
Please follow the directions in order to view or print your telecommunications bill information. If you have any questions, please call us at (845) 257-3006.
*Note: Telecommunicaitons is no longer printing the adminstrative telephone bills, but each department has a staff member who has online access to both summary and detailed bills. To access these bills, please follow these procedures:
- Go to the billing Web page.
- On the Paetec screen, choose DEPARTMENT PORTAL.
- Login to http://www.newpaltz.edu/telecombill
- Click on Customer Portal
- Enter your NPCUID (your e-mail address without the @newpaltz.edu)
- Enter your e-mail password
- Click on Login
- After you get the "Welcome" screen, click on "Reports" under the wide blue line on the top right.
- Use the drop-down menu to choose the department number.
- Tab over to the "Include Individual Detail" and click in that field if you want full detail on the phone bills.
- Under the blue line that has "Department," choose which billing you wish to see by clicking in the radio button to the left of it - each month you will be able to choose previous or current months' billings.
- Go to the "Select a report to run" drop-down menu and choose "DeptUsage_ByDept_SubDtl.rpt".
- Then clcik where it says "Click Here to run report".
- You may then print this report by going to File/Print at the top left corner of your browser or by going to the print icon at the top of your browser.
- If you wish to view only the summary of the departments's charges, do not choose the option to "Include Individual Detail".
- To close out the department's report, click the "X" at the top right hand corner of the window in which it appears.
- When you are finished looking at your reports, please make sure you logout by clicking on "logout" on the top right hand side under the wide blue bar.

Welcome Screen Menu Options
When you get the Welcome screen you'll see the following menu of options along the top right side of the screen.

Click on my bills and you will be presented with three tab options (on the left side under your name). Here are the individual screen shots of those options once you click on them.
- Current Balance

- View/Print My Bill

Other Menu Options

- Click on my account and you will be presented with two options change/view address
- Click on home and you will be taken back to the main portal page
- Click on help for any assistance or call x3006
- Click on logout when you are done with your session in order to maintain your privacy and prevent anyone from accessing your information
