What's the Difference Between Recognized and Unrecognized Organizations?
At this time, the Fraternity/Sorority community is not expanding. The United Greek Association voted to impose a moratorium on new organizations and organizations seeking re-recognition until at least Fall 2012. The only exception are organizations that have achieved Provisional Interest Group status as of May 2010.
