Our Office
The Office of Student Activities and Union Services wants to help make your experience as an off-campus or commuter student as easy and enjoyable as possible. Between our programs, services, and facilities we truly strive to make the Student Union and SUNY New Paltz a home-away-from-home for you. Feel free to stop by our office in Student Union 211 to say hello, meet the staff and make some suggestions as to how we can improve campus life for you even more.

The basement of the Student Union is now home to the Commuter Information Board. Check it out as we start filling it with information and resources!
Resources
The Office of Student Activities and Union Services is dedicated to helping our off-campus and commuter students by providing them with a number of resources and services geared at making the unique challenges they face easier to manage. Here are some of those resources, but be sure to check back as we are constantly trying to improve our services:

When the construction of the Student Union is complete there will be additional resources for you to take advantage of. Some of these resources include:
- The Carpool/Ride Share Bulletin Board- find people who live near you and work out a carpool. Save money and the planet.
- Lockers-keyed lockers to keep your stuff in so you aren't carrying everything all over campus.
