Information for student teaching is available in the Office of Student Teaching in the South Classroom Building Room 104 and on this Web site. Student teaching applications must be filed by the end of the semester a year prior to the anticipated semester one will student teach (e.g. applications for student teaching in Fall 2008 are due by the end of the semester of Fall 2007). The application is now online in my.newpaltz.edu under "My.Personal Records." If you do not see a link for "My.Student Teaching App.", please contact the Office of Student Teaching. Applications will NOT be accepted beyond the deadline. The Student Teaching Office or the academic department will register students for student teaching once they have received clearance from the Student Health Center.
