Center for Student Success
Holistic Academic Success Programs

Goal Statement

The goal of the Center’s holistic academic success programs is to prepare students for lifelong learning by empowering them to develop and implement sound learning strategies that promote their academic, professional, and personal development. While the primary focus of the programs is the successful transition of first-year and first-semester transfer students to the university’s academic life, the Center’s services are available to all SUNY New Paltz students. The Center’s holistic academic success programs support the mission of the Center by promoting student learning, academic engagement, and timely degree completion.
