Where to check in when you arrive

Check-in takes place from 9:00 a.m. - 10:30 a.m. on the Tuesday morning of your scheduled session. (Please make every effort to arrive before 10:30 am!) Please follow directions to DuBois Hall and once parked follow signs to DuBois Hall, where the student will check in first. Once the student is at DuBois Hall, parents & guests participating in the program will drive to Lenape Hall to check in by 11:00 am!

EXTRA NIGHT HOUSING ONLY

If you requested and paid for an extra night of housing for the Monday evening before your session begins:

» Proceed directly to Dubois Hall between 7:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. on Monday evening before your session. Family members will then go to Lenape Hall. (Follow signs on Rt. 32 South; see directions).

» Early or late check-in times are unavailable.

» A movie, pizza and soda will be provided in the residence hall at 9:30 p.m. that evening.

» Although dinner is not provided on this evening, breakfast is provided the following morning as part of your Extra Night fee of $20.

» On the night of extra–night housing, if you decide not to come, or are running late, please call (845) 257-5100 from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. to let us know.
