» Check-out takes place approximately between 10:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. on the last day of your session, depending on when your academic group registers for classes. Note: Those students who are not leaving campus until after 4 p.m. will not be able to be supervised and will not be able to stay in DuBois Hall after that time. Please call (845) 257-3088 to discuss arrangements.

» The payment due date for tuition, housing, meal plan and other fees will be noted on the on-line bill you receive from the Office of Student Accounts after you have attended Orientation.

» Sorry, no refunds for any Orientation fees can be issued unless we are notified in writing at least 72 hours before your session begins.

» First-year students cannot have cars their first year on campus.

» New Student Moving-In Day is Moday, August 22. First-year students living on cam- pus will move into their residence hall rooms between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

» Orientation Part II begins that evening and includes attendance at academic programs, Fall Convocation and a picnic on Friday, August 24. Welcome Weekend runs from August 20-22 and will feature a weekend of social activities and recreation.

» The first day of Fall classes is Thursday, August 25th.
