CE Student Granted International Travel Award
CE Student Granted International Travel Award

Computer Engineering major, Karen Ho, was awarded a $2,500 travel grant to attend the 34th IEEE International Conference on Data Engineering in Paris, France, April 16-19, 2018. The travel grant is sponsored by IEEE and the National Science Foundation (NSF). This is a very competitive opportunity open to US-based undergraduate, master's or PhD students. It is rare that an undergraduate student is granted an award for international travel. The acceptance rate is less than 22% for all applicants.
Congratulations, Karen!
