The Leadership Institute of the SUNY New Paltz School of Business serves as the home of leadership training and professional development for the campus and regional business communities. The Leadership Institute serves two main purposes. It complements our academic programs in preparing students for the higher level decision-making responsibilities they will encounter at all levels of the workplace. Our second goal is to give business professionals the tools to respond to the changing needs of business by updating their managerial, interpersonal and critical thinking skills.
