Prisco Monaco has been the Managing Consultant for Prisco A. Monaco & Associates, LLC (PAMA) since 2004. Mr. Monaco draws on his over 30 years of banking, regulatory and consulting experience to provide clients with services that enhance their risk environment and ease the regulatory experience. PAMA supplements clients' in-house capabilities with regulatory guidance, independent risk assessments, customized solutions, tailored seminars and training programs.

Prior to beginning his consulting company, Mr. Monaco worked with the Federal Reserve Bank of New York for 11 years. As the Central Point of Contact and Examiner-in-Charge, he headed teams that examined institutions ranging from small foreign branches and agencies to the largest banking institutions in the world. He developed comprehensive assessments of each institution's risk management processes and systems, including the quality of their policies, practices and procedures. Mr. Monaco worked closely with institutions, guiding them in development of action plans that addressed existing weaknesses.

As a commercial lender at Chase Manhattan, Chemical and NMB Banks, Mr. Monaco actively managed diverse loan portfolios, developed new business, enhanced loan quality and improved credit administration.

Mr. Monaco is known for identifying and addressing portfolio problems early on, mitigating their negative impact to the institutions' financial performance.
