Joyce Minard
New Paltz Regional Chamber of Commerce

Joyce Minard, President of the New Paltz Regional Chamber of Commerce, has served the Hudson Valley business community for more than 35 years. In addition to the New Paltz Regional Chamber of Commerce, Ms. Minard has worked with Ulster County Farm Bureau, Ulster BOCES and the New York State Urban Development Corporation.

Ms. Minard has held various Board positions including Vice-Chairperson of the Southern Ulster Alliance, Secretary of Gateway Community Industries, Chairperson of the Ulster County Tourism Advisory Board, Ulster County Workforce Development and is past Chairperson of the Lighthouse International Advisory Board. She was a founding member of the Shawangunk Scenic Byway Board. She is a member of the Mid-Hudson Chamber Executives, Chamber Alliance of New York State and has served as a member of four of the twelve Ulster Tomorrow’s Strategic Committees. Ms. Minard volunteers her time on the New Paltz River Regatta Committee.

She is a life-long resident of New Paltz and the Hudson Valley.
