Judith Mills

Judith Mills is the Vice President of Human Resources for Mediacom Communications. Ms. Mills has 25 years of progressively responsible human resources experiences. She began her career as a recruiter with Covenant House in New York City. The Covenant House is an international human service agency for homeless and runaway adolescents. She was first employed only in the NYC program and then advanced throughout the years. Her last position was that of Vice President in the corporate headquarters where she worked on national and international human resources matters.

Four years ago, Ms. Mills joined the Mediacom Communications as a senior manager and, starting July 2009, she was promoted to the Vice President of Human Resources.

About 3 years ago, Ms. Mills submitted a proposal to senior management for a paid internship program. The program was approved and it has been successful.
