A&M Enterprises, LLC

David Freer is the owner of A&M Enterprises, LLC, a financial service business that is licensed by the New York State Department of Financial Services. He is also part owner of Shawanga Ridge Aviation, LLC, a company that builds aircraft hangers and rents to aircraft owners; part owner of Medicare Benefits Plus, LLC, a Tampa, FL based company specializing in supplemental Medicare insurance; owner of Budget Payment Corporation, a finance company that was licensed by NYSBD to finance insurance premiums; and owner of Double V Enterprises, Inc., which owned a mobile home park, self-storage units and family rental units. Previously, Mr. Freer was co-owner of A&F Business Enterprises, LLC, a tax preparation and bookkeeping /accounting service business, a partial owner of Atlantic States Mortgage Corporation, owner of Community Finance, LLC, a small loan company that focused primarily on used car loans and has worked for Empire State Bank, NPB Associates LLC, Pawling Savings Bank, Ellenville Savings Bank as president and CEO, Marine Midland Bank and the US Post Office.

Mr. Freer's industry related activities include: former director, president and vice president of the MSB Fund, Inc., a Manhattan based mutual fund; former director of the Hudson Valley Chapter of the Bank Administration Institute; and former member of the Sullivan Community College Business Advisory Council; and presently a Director and Founding Member of Empire State Bank.

Mr. Freer is a former trustee and vice president of Ellenville Community Hospital, and former trustee, treasurer and president of Fantinekill Cemetery. He also previously served on the executive board of the Rip Van Winkle Council of Boy Scouts. He served in the U.S. Army Reserves from 1961-1968 and is a licensed commercial pilot and flight instructor.
