Thomas Brocks

Tom Brocks is the Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer for Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation, a company he has worked with since 1980.
Mr. Brocks received a bachelor degree in Industrial Relations from LeMoyne College and a master’s in Labor Relations from Pace University. In addition, he completed advanced management programs at Cornell University, University of Michigan, and the University of Chicago. Mr. Brocks is a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). He co-authored the “Ethics and Compliance Handbook,” Ethics and Compliance Association, 2008.
He serves on the Mid-Hudson Hospice Board.
