Established by The New Paltz Student Christian Center Campus Ministry in 1984 to encourage academic achievement and a commitment to meeting human needs through social action.

Criteria

• Fulltime student who has achieved sophomore status or higher
  at the time the selection is made.
• GPA of 2.50 or better at the time selection is made.
• Applicant shall have demonstrated that he/she has exemplified the ideal of meeting human needs through specific campus involvement in a project or campus organization advocating human betterment.

Interested students may obtain copies of The College at New Paltz Foundation Scholarship Program at the Hopfer Alumni Center or by stopping by the Student Christian Center office in SUB 303. Inquiries may be made by calling the SCC at 257-3023.
