Hall Government

Within each residence hall is a valuable and unique resource, the hall government! Traditionally, it is comprised of a President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, two RHSA representatives and Public Relations Officers. Hall governments are responsible for putting on programs within their halls, relaying hall concerns to RHSA and disseminating information about campus and RHSA activities to the hall. Hall government members are elected and serve according to constitutions written by each hall. By providing programs, information and support to the hall, hall governments help create the sense of community that SUNY New Paltz is known for.
