Lenape Hall


HOUSING REQUIREMENT

  • You must be enrolled in at least one class per summer session requested.
  • If you need to stay for any period of a session, you will be required to pay for the entire session.
 
APPLYING FOR SUMMER HOUSING

To reserve a room, you MUST complete and the Summer Residence Hall License (on the other side of this sheet) between April 15th and May 13th at the Office of Residence Life in Capen Hall. STUDENTS WHO FAIL TO SUBMIT A SUMMER RESIDENCE HALL LICENSE BY 5PM ON MAY 13TH WILL NOT BE GUARANTEED HOUSING.

INTERSESSION I – May 18th – May 20th
  • Only available to students who are currently on campus and who are living in the summer building during session 1.
  • Intersession 1 runs from May 18th – May 20th; however, you will remain in your current room until Sunday, May 19th.
  • You will check into Lenape Hall May 19th between 2pm – 4pm or 8:30pm – 10pm. You MUST NOT go to Lenape BEFORE 2pm as we will not be ready to check you in.
  • Room Rent:      Corridor w/Bathroom Rent:   $60         Suite w/Bathroom Rent:   $66
                               
SUMMER SESSION IMay 21st – June 26th
  • Check in May 21st from 10pm – 1pm or 8:30pm – 10pm
  • Check out is on June 27th from 10am – 12pm
  • Room Rent:      Corridor w/Bathroom Rent:   $1080     Suite w/Bathroom Rent:   $1188
 
SUMMER SESSION II – June 16th – August 6th
  • Check in – June 16th from 10am – 12pm or 8:30pm – 10pm
  • Check out – August 7th from 10am – 12pm
  • Room Rent:      Corridor w/Bathroom Rent:   $1530     Suite w/Bathroom Rent:   $1683
 
SUMMER SESSION III – July 1st – August 6th
  • Check in (for people who are not here for Session 1) July 1st from 2pm – 6pm or 8:30pm – 10pm
  • Check out is on August 7th from 10am – 12pm
  • Room Rent:      Corridor w/Bathroom Rent:   $1080     Suite w/Bathroom Rent:   $1188

INTERSESSION III – August 7th – August 21st *
  • Only available for students who live on campus during Summer Sessions 2 or 3 and are living on campus for Fall 2013
  • * Intersession III runs until August 21st but students will move to their Fall Rooms on August 14, 10am – 12pm
  • Room Rent:      Corridor w/Bathroom Rent:   $450        Suite w/Bathroom Rent:   $495

MEAL PLAN
  • All summer residents MUST have a meal plan.
  • Questions regarding food service should be addressed to the Meal Plan Office by calling 845-257-3034.

Meal Plan - 19 meals per week:          $685
Meal Plan - 15 meals per week:          $603 – 15 meals per week are Monday – Friday.
                                                               There are no weekends meals.

  • You must inform any individual or company that will be sending you mail that envelopes, boxes, etc., sent to you must specify that you are a summer session student.  Your summer address is:

  • It is a resident’s responsibility to inform other parties regarding his/her summer mailing address and/or complete a Temporary Change Of Address form with the US Postal Service. Due to the Family Rights & Privacy Act, the college is unable to release this information for you. Mail that is not properly addressed may be delayed in getting to you.
