Bevier Hall is a residence hall within the Hasbrouck complex. The Hasbrouck complex is made up of suites, each having two to four student rooms, a common bath and a small lounge area. Students who live in the suites enjoy the privacy of their own "living room" and often personalize it (along with their individual rooms) with posters, plants, rugs and furniture. The residents are responsible for maintaining and cleaning their own bathroom. No furniture is provided by SUNY New Paltz for the suite area. Located in the basement of Bevier Hall are a laundry room with washers and dryers, a T.V. lounge, a recreation room, a recycling room, a computer lab, and cooking facilities. The first floor houses vending machines, public restrooms and a study lounge. Student involvement in programs and activities, as well as close proximity to the tennis courts, basketball court and the Hasbrouck Dining Hall and Computer Lab, make Bevier Hall attractive to its diverse co-educational population. Bevier is a building well known for its energy and comfortable atmosphere.
