Teaching Interests

I teach courses in introductory psychology, statistics (at both the undergraduate and graduate level), and industrial psychology.

Research/Creative Activity

My research focuses on underemployment/overqualification, the inclusion/marginalization of various groups of workers, and the application of industrial-organizational psychology to efforts aimed at enhancing human welfare (e.g., poverty reduction, the promotion of decent work). I am also interested in the use of games to improve higher education, work life, and the broader social good.
