Sports Specific Rules & Participant Manual

The first part of becoming a successful intramural team is knowing the rules that govern the intramural sports that you and your team are participating in. Many of our intramural sports have slight variations from the traditional rules that you may have used in high school for safety reasons, time constraints, and space limitations.

Our intramural program is a member of NIRSA (National Intramural Recreational Sports Association) and our intramural sports rules follow the guidelines of the organization.
