Health Assessment Body Age System

Interested in getting a health assessment for yourself? Now you can!

If you want to know where you stand, health assessments are available using the Wellness & Recreation’s new State of the Art Polar BodyAge™ System!

What is the Polar BodyAge™ System?

It’s an assessment tool, which tells an individual how their chronological age compares with that of their “BodyAge”. The more healthy the lifestyle, and the more fit you are, the lower the BodyAge.

The Polar BodyAge™ System can assess the following: body fat, weight, body size, flexibility, strength, blood pressure, cardiovascular, heart rate, nutrition, stress, lifestyle, disease risks, and more.

The Polar BodyAge™ System can produce an individual profile summary of yourself (and email it to you!) along with specific nutrition, wellness, and workout recommendations.

Personal Training sessions available too!

You have the option of having the Health Assessment solely or you can signup for up to 3 personal training session to help you get started on your workout.

How do you sign up?

If you are a student or faculty, staff, alumni, or retired faculty who is an Athletic & Wellness Center current member and would like to sign up, please fill out the Health Assessment form* and return it to room 220 in Elting Gym.

Please note: Faculty, staff, alumni, and retired faculty need to be an Athletic & Wellness Center member for this program.

If you have questions, please contact Keith Kenney at 257-6956.
