Computer Equipment & Related Purchases
The following computer-related purchases require prior approval by Computer Services:
- All purchases of computer equipment - $250.00.
- All purchases of printers, scanners and memory upgrade - $500.00.
- All purchases of computer software - $100.00
This policy will result in a smoother flow of the purchase of small items while still enabling Computer Services to exercise some control over software, systems, and network components.
